Equestrian/Horsemanship Lessons
Whether you are an adult wanting to learn or have a horse crazy kiddo wanting to ride English or Western or drive a cart, good horsemanship and biomechanics are foundational. Here at Horse and Soul you will learn everything from the gound up. Lessons are available for riders ages 6+ (with some exceptions made for younger riders)

Horsemanship Club
As your rider progresses, they will be invited to special group classes that happen once a month on either the second or fourth Sundays of the month in the evening. These groups are when students learn to strengthen their horsemanship skills.
About the instructor:
With a lifelong passion for horses and a heart for helping riders grow, Maria brings both experience and intention to every lesson. She is a C-2 certified member of the United States Pony Club, a CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) certified instructor, and holds certification in Equine-Assisted Learning. These credentials reflect her commitment to safe, effective, and holistic horsemanship.
Her goal is to develop well-rounded, emotionally healthy horsemen and horsewomen—individuals who understand not just the techniques of riding, but the importance of partnership, empathy, and clear communication. In each session, Maria strives to create a safe, encouraging learning environment where both horse and rider can build connection and confidence together.
Whether you’re new to riding or looking to refine your skills, Maria’s teaching approach blends structure with grace, always keeping the horse’s well-being and the rider’s personal growth at the center of the journey.
